Frequently Asked Question

In the Journal.fi service, the same user account can be used in multiple journals. In other words, accounts are not journal-specific. The same applies to the Edition.fi service, where the same username can be used on multiple publishers’ sites. However, Journal.fi and Edition.fi accounts are not shared between the services.

A new password can be requested by entering your email address and selecting Reset password using the form available at https://journal.fi/index/login/lostPassword or in the Edition.fi service at https://edition.fi/index/login/lostPassword

When you request a new password, you will receive an email containing a link that you must click. This confirms that you indeed requested the password reset.

The link opens a page where you can enter a new password. After setting the new password, you can log in to the service with it.
